I did end up with more base salary than I had expected. The Docusigning and the certifying of my 3 years of W2s was nothing I had ever done. My friend had gone through it and said it was easy and they make it fun. I agree. It is so so worth it because if you have great sales numbers why not just show them off on one page?
Many recruiters had not seen this format so I did get alot of praise on laying out my data clearly. I must say thank you to the Rep Sheet team for helping to market and sell me better!
